Ping iN Lil Wack-E Putter
The iN Putter Series elevates both feel and forgiveness by introducing new perimeter weighting and insert technologies. To achieve higher moments of inertia, the 10 new models are engineered with center body cut outs which allows weight to be re-distributed to the perimeter for increased stability.
The first-of-its-kind nano-nickel technology insert produces a solid sound and feel. Along with proven shapes like the Anser, B60 and Craz-E, the new stainless steel series introduces the Wack-E and ½ Wack-E designs which offer added alignment features and higher MOIs.
Lighweight Nano-Nickel Insert. Lightweight polymer mater is plated using Nano-Nickel technology to provide an extremely strong yet very lightweight insert which provides a firm feel at impact similar to steel putters.
About PING
PING is a family-owned company founded in 1959 in the garage of Karsten Solheim. Karsten's frustration with his putting inspired him to design a putter, which made a "pinging" sound when striking a golf ball. Today, PING is synonymous with innovation, quality, and service in the world of golf.
A mechanical engineer who honed his skills in the aerospace and computer industries, Solheim and PING are credited with numerous innovations that became industry standards, including perimeter weighting, custom fitting and the use of investment casting in the manufacturing of golf clubs.
His insistence on adhering to strict engineering principles and tight manufacturing tolerances raised the level of product performance and quality throughout the golf industry.
Solheim, who passed away in 2000, is the only person to be inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame as a golf club manufacturer.
Today, the Phoenix-based company is under the direction of Solheim’s youngest son, John A. Solheim. PING game-improvement products can be found in more than 70 countries.
